The Farmhouse kitchen style is warm and charming, it combines vintage features with modern amenities, creating a homey feel. The neutral cabinet colour palette allows for personalization, and the style can be modified over time. This beautiful kitchen renovation encompasses all the above along with a comfortable and casual atmosphere, it truly is an ideal kitchen design. Located in the picturesque rural countryside of Komoka, Ontario, these savvy homeowners created a stunning oasis. The homeowners had a strong vision for creating a modern farmhouse kitchen remodel. A kitchen that feels on trend but at the same time, timeless and inviting. The kitchen reno strikes a perfect cabinetry balance between the white modern clean lines of AyA’s Calais Oyster and the warm wood grain of Alban Cashew Cherry, all paired with bass door hardware.
A custom shiplap rangehood in Oyster with the warm wood highlights of Cashew Cherry creates the perfect focal point and complements the wall finishes and exposed beams of the great room. Pantries of different widths and glass detailing with open shelving flank the rangehood creating visual interest with an asymmetrical feel. A beautifully recessed built-in fridge greets you as you enter the always useful butler’s pantry which provides a great coffee station plus storage from small appliances. A beautiful project from our friends at London Kitchen Studio.
