According to Randy, his twelve design/sale staff are renovation specialists who design kitchens and coordinate products complimenting AyAs cabinetry and with AyA's diversity they are able to assist anyone in designing gourmet dream kitchens. Randy has also worked with Home and Garden Television in the design of a kitchen for the show KitchenEquipped. According to KitchenEquipped producers, the AyA kitchen was "considered by our team to be one of our favorites".
