AyA Kitchen Design Open House

On May 4th 2013 AyA Kitchens opened its doors to the public for its 1st annual Kitchen Design Open House. The Day featured professional advice in countertops, cabinetry and appliances. One of the highlights of the Open House was a rare behind the scenes tour of our state of the art manufacturing plant. The exciting main event was a presentation from HGTV Designer Crystal Collinson and Collinson Interiors on tips and tricks for designing and renovating your dream kitchen.

LIFE | Putting Waste To Work

"AyA Kitchens, based in Mississauga, uses a lot of this wood to fabricate custom cabinetry for its clients, but ends up with piles of short scraps after cutting their stems and rails. Instead of sending the wood to landfil, AyA leaves out a pile of these cast-offs every few months for Wornoff. He cuts them all to the same length and glues them together to make elegant cutting boards."
